The Junior Peer Tutoring club offers academic support to Junior School students who have been identified by their teachers as needing extra one-to-one assistance with course work. In addition to academics, the“ senior buddies” offer their“ junior buddies” organizational assistance as it relates to regular study habits, test preparation, and agenda use. Junior and senior buddies are partnered for a whole year.

Senior Peer Tutoring offers students in Grades 8 – 12 the opportunity to support their peers academically in a welcoming, drop-in environment. Tutors volunteer their time to assist with a range of subjects, including math, science, English, and languages, helping students strengthen their understanding and build confidence. Sessions take place once a week during lunch, and all students are encouraged to attend— whether they have specific questions or simply want a supportive space to study. A reward system is in place to recognize the contributions of tutors and to encourage consistent participation from students seeking support. The club fosters leadership, collaboration, and a strong sense of community within the school.

The purpose of the Pride Club is to provide a safe and inclusive space in which students can work together to help make their school welcoming and supportive of 2SLBTQAI + students and empower their allies. Through participation in this club, students work to inform and educate others on relevant topics including, sexual orientation, gender diversity, intersectionality, allyship, and the historical and current rights and challenges of the 2SLGBTQIA + community. Club members plan various school events and initiatives, share SOGI educational information, and plan and host an annual Pride Week celebration.

The Robotics Club members spend much of the school year planning, creating, and testing robots that will compete in local Vex Robotics tournaments. No previous technical experience is necessary. All members can learn a wide variety of skills including design and construction, troubleshooting, and programming. Robotics Club provides wonderful opportunities for students interested in STEM to build interpersonal skills
