Information & News
We Appreciate Our
President John Mancinni welcomed
our volunteers to a rib & chicken
dinner. These members willingly
gave of their time over the past year
to various events that help to make
our club run smoothly. Anything
from the daily activities of cards to
luncheons, trips and tournaments
to name a few. All these men
and women have volunteered in
different areas over the years and in
recent years this dinner started to
honor them.
President Mancinni proudly awarding Joan
Seymour of the Campbellford Seniors with a
certificate for all of her hard work and dedication.
The
President
handed
out
appreciation certificates to Joan
Seymour for her part in running
regular Euchre on Wednesday
afternoons, Gerald Heagle who
also ran regular euchre in the
Wednesday afternoon slot for many,
many years and finally to Dianne
Parker who runs the tournaments
on the weekends, helped out with
soup & sandwich before retiring
from that group as well as being
treasurer for several years.
Without our volunteers the
Campbellford Senior Citizens would
not have a successful club for like
minded individuals to come to on a
daily basis to catch up, visit, or have
a meal with old and new friends.
We are a 50 plus organization and would
welcome you to come and give us a try.
Our membership is only $15 a year due in
January, which gives you access to many
trips, dinners and all events.
