Pendley believes that the trips are important for the seniors in more ways than just allowing them to relax or expand their minds and has seen their benefits even more after the recent lockdown due to the pandemic .
“ Scripture tells us that man was not made to be alone ,” Pendley said . “ I think isolation causes so many people health issues . With that isolation and the separation from their friends and even from their family I began to see depression from them .”
Now that things have opened back up Pendly has seen his group of senior adults return to doing the things there were
