You enjoy working with a partner or in groups.
This will prepare you for a career in Dance and introduces
you to Dance appreciation and injury prevention. The
course offers other opportunities to explore and test skills
for life such as; presentation skills, performing under
pressure and meeting deadlines, aspects of personal
reflection, health, stamina and understanding of the body
for the action plans.
You will use basic theoretical knowledge to inform practice
and develop understanding of Dance techniques and
Choreography.
Progression into Higher and/or Further education at Dance
or performing Arts colleges.
