Family and friends may use a free companion app on their own smartphones to send pictures and videos to the Grandpad . People may also send pictures and video via email , Facebook , or with help from Grandpad support .
To place an audio or video call on the Grandpad , the user clicks the Call button on the home screen , then taps through photos to select the person they wish to call . The user then has the option of tapping Video Call or Phone Call . And that ’ s it .
