The City of Dassel is accepting applications for a working Director of Public Works. This is a full time salaried position with excellent benefits. The position is responsible for the operation of the City’ s Public Works Department including all infrastructure( roads, street lights, drainage systems, sewer and water) and facilities( including parks and public buildings). Duties will also include budget, staff supervision, working with city engineers and project management. An ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, strong computer skills, and be an excellent communicator. Licenses required: Wastewater Operator – Class B; Water Operator – Class C; MN Driver’ s License – Class B.
