Spring 2017 Color Report was announced. As noted in the Fall 2016 Color Report article,“ for fashion forward couples, Pantone ' s color reports are an essential part of wedding planning. Wanting to have a color palette that’ s on-trend, these couples look to the color experts for what’ s expected to be“ all the rage” in the coming season.”
Isn’ t this a gorgeous collection of hues? Being the nail color aficionado that I am, I have nail colors close to all of this season’ s shades as well. How could I not? These hues are so inspiring and suit my many moods.
Pale Dogwood is perfect for when I’ m feeling dainty. Pink Yarrow is for upbeat and whimsical moods. When I feel like standing out from the crowd, Flame is my go-to color. I love all shades of green so I reach for Greenery or Kale when I’ m feeling optimistic. Primrose Yellow is on my nails at this moment because it lifts my spirits( I needed that this week). Hazelnut is perfect for when I don’ t want my nails to make a statement at all but don’ t want to go bare. For me, the blue shades( Niagara, Lapis Blue, Island Paradise) represent stepping out of my comfort zone. When I wear blue on my nails, I feel bold. Go figure.
On the following pages, the Spring 2017 Report comes to life through inspiring wedding collections. This will give you an idea of what to expect if you pick from this spectrum for your color palette.
