Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
In collaboration with his Executive Sushi Chef Shuji Hiyakawa of the famed Morimoto restaurant empire, every
fine detail -- from the socially-chic ambience to the specialty crafted flavors -- takes guests on a memorable culinary
journey. Locally harvested ingredients in perfect tune with the expertly curated selection of fresh fish are uniquely
