Rise Bakery is getting into the holiday spirit with new flavors on the menu. Pastry chef and former winner of Food
Network’s Sweet Genius, Chef Alon Gontowski has created a plethora of sensational seasonal desserts including
a Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and Spice Pumpkin Whoopie in advance of the
Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
The Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake is an individual cheesecake with a baked mini pumpkin pie inside. It’s gingerbread
crusted and topped with caramel – can we say delicious!
There’s also a Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake layered over a NY-Style cheesecake and a Spiced Pumpkin
Whoopie with a cream cheese glaze.
