Pastry chef and former winner of Food Network’s Sweet Genius, Chef Alon Gontowski has created a plethora of sensational seasonal desserts including a Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and Spice Pumpkin Whoopie in advance of the Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
