The holiday season is finally here and we are so grateful you are here with us in Tampa,
celebrating the best of family time and fun. This November we have a lot of exciting events in
store for you. Between a charity concert in the Hard Rock Cafe on November 15th to Cigar Fest
by the pool with Cigar Dave on November 22nd, we are taking full advantage of the gorgeous
Florida weather during Thanksgiving.
We’ve been upgrading so many different parts of the casino; you’ll notice an all new High Limit
Slot Room, Rock Spa and a new Hard Rock Girls Blackjack Pit opening in the very near future.
The holidays are a perfect time to buy a gift card for your loved ones so they can try the all new
Rock Spa; you can purchase gift cards at our Hard Rock retail store. Also, we recently upgraded
our Player’s Club rewards system and want to thank you for your patience as we elevated that as
well. We are working hard to keep things running smoothly for you so you can play comfortably
and be rewarded for it in the best ways possible.

Pete Wu (Follow him @HardRockPeteWu). You’re likely to see him around, be sure to read the
article about him this month so you can get to know him better. He’s definitely the type of
person you’ll enjoy speaking to about his extensive casino industry insight and experience.
And finally, it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without an amazing feast. Our culinary team is working
on the best possible Thanksgiving Day meal for you at our restaurants, so keep your eyes open
