FOOD & DRINK GREY SALT WINE DINNER FEATURING BERGSTRÖM WINERY C hef Marc Murphy’s Italian Mediterranean inspired restaurant, Grey Salt, hosted a wine pairing dinner featuring Bergström Winery on Thursday, June 2. Starting off with a cocktail reception, the vineyard’s owner and winemaker, Josh Bergström, introduced the family’s collection, which highlighted their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Following the reception, guests indulged in a savory fourcourse feast curated by the one and only, Chef Marc Murphy. Needless to say, guests were happy when they arrived and ecstatic when they left.
