Mediterranean inspired restaurant,
Grey Salt, hosted a wine pairing dinner
featuring Bergström Winery on Thursday,
June 2. Starting off with a cocktail
reception, the vineyard’s owner and
winemaker, Josh Bergström, introduced
the family’s collection, which highlighted
their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from
Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Following the
reception, guests indulged in a savory fourcourse feast curated by the one and only,
Chef Marc Murphy. Needless to say, guests
were happy when they arrived and ecstatic
when they left. Be on the lookout for the

City Brewing.
