Dear Seminole Wild Card member,
As summer winds down, it’s time to get ready for Fall and all the great things that come with
it, such as the start of a new school year, Labor Day and my personal favorite: football season.
You’ll be happy to know we’ve hired an incredible General Manager for the Hard Rock Cafe who’s
already had a hand in revamping the legendary menu unveiled in April. Lanse Bishop, most
recently of Darden restaurants in Orlando, will continue to make his mark at the Hard Rock Cafe
as the new General Manager.
Another key executive who recently joined the team is Vincent Turrano, from the Borgata Resort
& Spa in Atlantic City, NJ. Vincent brings us over 30 years of experience as the new Vice President
of Food and Beverage. These key hires are of some of the hospitality industry’s finest executives.
Their combined vision and leadership will help elevate our culinary outlets to another level.
It’s been almost a year since we told you about the expanded focus on our guest service and quality
of products offered. We hope you’ve noticed the difference in the service you receive from our
hard working team members. We’ve also revamped several services to provide you with added
convenience like our casino credit program.
