Dear Seminole Wild Card member,
Welcome to April, a month that’s full of rock ‘n roll events that give back to our local community. As we make
our way into spring, we look forward to serving our guests with a winning experience.
Last month was dedicated to the Ian Beckles Foundation, which was started by our good friend Ian who is
a former Tampa Bay Buccaneer and current co-host of the Ron & Ian sports show on 620 AM WDAE. We are
proud to work with an organization that aims to equip teens in foster care with the tools to succeed through
education and mentorship.
For each month’s charity, we host a red carpet outside of the Hard Rock Cafe. These events consist of a slot
tournament, which has a $10 entry fee with 50 percent of the proceeds going to the charity and 50 percent to
the prize pool. This was followed by a benefit concert in the Hard Rock Cafe featuring American Idol contestant
Angela Rodriguez with her band 3rd Degree. They rocked the stage with an audience of local personalities
and guests throughout the casino.

This month, we are proud to announce that we’ve partnered with the Derrick Brooks Charities, who seeks to
provide educational opportunities for youth that will instill, inspire, broaden, and develop cultural and social
vision outside of the walls in which they live to ensure that these young people have every chance to develop
into the strong and productive leaders of tomorrow.
We will be hosting a red carpet for Derrick Brooks Charities, in addition to the annual Derrick Brooks Blackjack
Tournament on April 26.
Be sure you check out our website for the latest entertainment and events.
Sincerely,
