Hard Rock Tampa is preparing special Easter Day menus
in two of its seven restaurants.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood , open 5 p.m. to midnight, is the
ideal place for Easter dinner. Start off with a lobster and calamari
salad appetizer accompanied by red wine gastrique, shishito, and
peppadew peppers. Choose between braised Kobe short ribs with
roasted golden beets, picked asparagus, and creamy polenta or
pan seared Mount Cook salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes,
tomato comfit, preserved lemons, and citrus fumet as entrees.
Finally, finish off with an Easter basket dessert of caramelized
chocolate mousse, peanut butter ice cream, marshmallow, and
Florentine. Reservations are recommended.
Fresh Harvest, the seven-kitchen marketplace, will be serving
from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to their wide array of Easter
offerings, the buffet will feature New York strip steaks with
compound butter, grilled skirt steak, bourbon glazed slow
smoked ribs, roasted lamb, prosciutto wrapped pork medallions
with fontina crust, slow roasted Corvina with wild mushroom
grits, grilled salmon filet with coconut lemongrass broth,
snapper with ginger wine sauce, and a variety of desserts.
Easter Buffet price is $45 plus tax.
