SOME OF OUR FIRST CONCLUSIONS. . .
WHAT IS ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME
It's a programme which promotes exchange of knowledge and mobility of individuals. It raises cultural awareness, fights stereotypes and gives opportunities for people and organisations, not only in Europe but all over the world.
Thanks to it, we develop friendships and an European identity. It's an inclusive programme which projects have shown us that people are similar, no matter where they are from.
WHAT IS YOUTHPASS
It's a certificate of competences which we get when we take part in Erasmus+ projects and which certifies our soft skills.
It's based on the participant self-reflection and on his/ her learning outcomes.
IS IT REALLY USEFUL?
In certain jobs, especially international companies, the employers are ask about our experience in intercultural environments.
We can use Youthpass as a reference, but also to remind us what we have learnt in that certain project.
It's important also to help us in working in what we didn't achieve.
