BIOGRAFIA / BIOGRAPHY
Nascida em 1992, é neta de Dona Delminda,
filha da Bahia de São Salvador, mas iguaçuana
de nascimento. É estudante de antropologia,
com ênfase em antropologia da arte e da
cultura pela PUC-RIO. Cursa cinema na escola
de cinema Darcy Ribeiro e em seus trabalhos
busca dialogar com a antropologia visual,
literatura, artes visuais e questões de raça
e gênero. Dirigiu Eu preciso destas palavras
escritas (2017) sobre o artista Arthur Bispo do
Rosário. Faz parte do Coletivo Nuvem Negra.

Born on 1992, is granddaughter of Dona
Delminda, daughter of Bahia de São Salvador,
but from Nova Iguaçu by birth. She is a
Anthropology student, with emphasis on
Anthropology of Art and Culture at PUC-RIO.
She studies filmmaking at Darcy Ribeiro Film
School and in her works she has sought to
dialogue with visual anthropology, literature,
visual arts, and issues of race and gender.
She directed I Need These Words Written
(2017) about the artist Arthur Bispo do Rosário.
She is a member of Coletivo Nuvem Negra.
