Prepare a Presentation The Middle People tend to remember the beginning and the end of presentations, so it is important to keep the main body of the presentation clear and concise. Break the content down into bite size chunks, which are easy for you to deliver and easy for your audience to remember and digest. Take each of your key points in order, and discuss them in more detail before moving onto the next main point. When planning the order and content of your presentation, it is a good idea to pause frequently, and answer the following questions:    Is this relevant to the overall purpose of the presentation? Does my audience need to know this? Have I put it in the right place? It is very important that the order of your presentation is logical and flows well. If you are in any doubt, get a second opinion, ideally from someone who is typical of your audience. The End Make the End memorable. The first rule of ending a presentation is to END IT – clearly and definitely. There is nothing more awkward than a presentation that fizzles out. The end should be POSITIVE and must NEVER contain new information.
