“ I change my look so
often - my hair, my
clothes - dressing more
masculine one day,
and more feminine the
other. I find myself
always mixing it up, it’s
hard to define what’s
‘me.’”
“ I’ve always like shopping.
It’s more than retail
therapy, the way you
dress can affect your
mood for the day, and
the way you interact
with others. Sometimes
dressing up can lift your
spirits, and conversely,
an oversized hoodie and
tights may provide the
comfort you need when
times get rough.
I’ve never cared for the
idea of gendered
clothing. Who decided
suits were for men and
dresses for ladies?
Currently, everything I’m
wearing is from the
female section.”
“ When I was in the
military, they shaved
everyone bald. After that
experience, I started
trying everything. I’ve
gone through three
hairstyles in the past two
months. I plan on
going bald again next year
though, just to get over
that fear of starting all
over.”
