There are three important aspects to apply to what I have named "mind over matter thinking". As you set up and apply your state of being and awareness you must resonate with what you desire and you must apply it and believe it.
what I mean by "resonate" is identifying with the benefits of knowing and applying this line of thinking. As you add appreciation to the process you're strengthening your beliefs and that allows you to apply the process naturally in a deliberate and comfortable manner.
Synchronicity is bountiful have ever noticed that soon as you put your attention on something suddenly these items appeared everywhere? Say you bought an item maybe a green car or a black spots coat; this is attention or mindfulness in motion.
As you bring awareness of what you like or dislike you set yourself up with more of that.
Understand that Strong EMOTION such as fear causes intensity and speeds the process often to the undesired outcome.
To apply this way of thinking one only was to identify the negative experiences in life and apply the desired outcome.
Visualize and walk through the desired events long be and as you go through them. If safety is desired on a flight or driving your car take notice of the modern safety features and technology that keeps you safe, enjoy knowing that the tires for example are of excellent quality see yourself arriving safe and on time. Know and believe that this WILL HAPPEN and it manifest. Otherwise without definition you are lining up with whatever chaotic random event. As you synchronize with the things and outcomes you desire you are learning one life most valuable lessons.
