Suggested ways of managing anger:

Recognize your anger and that of others.

Be understanding with the person expressing anger.

Always listen carefully to what an angry person is saying.

Try to express respect along with anger.

Notice your reactions, especially your physical ones.

Focus your attention on the present problem.

Fear definition: an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.

You feel fear when you believe you are in danger, whether you actually are or not. Fear can come from known dangers like fire, you know not to touch fire and that it can be dangerous. It can also come from unknown dangers, anxiety lets you know of possible unknown dangers.

Signs of fear:

Break into a sweat

Heart Rate will increase

Hands/Feet go cold

Muscles go tense in preparation

Have you ever heard of being scared stiff? Well, it’s is a real thing. The key is to not let being scared stop you from moving. Fear can prevent you from running away. Also be careful about the opposite. Pay attention where your fear is leading you to run. Make sure you are not running into more danger.

Snakes are a good example of fear. Some people are so petrified of snakes that they can’t move, other people cuddle them and keep them as pets.
