the 23rd of December to finish the
lodge, when the entire family- some
from Sweden- were coming to stay for
the first Winter holiday. We arrived

placing the furnishings, accessories,
hanging window treatments and
making the beds! The family had
their first Christmas holiday with their
friends and family, and in January the
furnishings all came back out so the
wonderful, accommodating, Jack Hall,
contractor, could put the coat of oil/
sealer on the wood floors for the final
finish. The lodge was designed and
built with love, friendship, warmth
and family, and it shows in every detail
of this magnificent mountain home.
Architect, contractor, designer, clients
and friends all worked to create a home
built and furnished with the finest
quality materials and design, making
comfort and beauty the highest priority.
The children have now grown now into
hardworking, creative and responsible
young adults, and yes, we are still
designing new spaces for all of them!
