Spiced Cider Margaritas
Apple Butter Old-Fashioned
2 oz bourbon ¼ cup apple cider 2 shakes bitters 2 Tbs coarse sugar and brown sugar mix
5 oz apple cider 1 Tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice . 5 oz Grand Marnier or Cointreau 1.5 oz tequila
For garnish : |
2 Tbs of raw sugar |
1 / 8 tsp cinnamon |
Cinnamon sticks |
Apple slices |
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl . Pour a splash of Grand Marnier into a separate bowl . Dip rim of the glass in the grand Marnier . Then dip glass into sugar mixture . Pour all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice . Shake well to combined . Pour into rimmed glass with ice . Garnish with a cinnamon stick and slice apple , add a dash of ground cinnamon .

Sugar the rim of glass . Hold glass upside down and dip into apple cider about ½ inch deep . Roll glass in sugar . Set aside . Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker . Add ice and shake for 20 seconds . Pour over cubed ice in an old-fashioned glass . Garnish with a cinnamon stick and thinly sliced apple .
Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule4 oz vodka ¼ cup cranberry juice ½ cup apple cider 2 Ginger beer
Fill two large glasses with ice . Add vodka and cranberry juice . Add apple cider and fill rest of the glass with ginger beer . Stir , do not shake . Serve immediately .
