Living History Event at Zollicoffer Park Zollicoffer Park , Hwy 235 , Nancy , KY , 9am-5pm
This is the first living history event to be held at the park since it was added to the National Park Service . Civil War Days will feature artillery and infantry demonstrations , a Civil War camp , Civil War music , blacksmith demonstrations , Drill Like a Soldier activity , and children ’ s games . “ Living history events create opportunities to bring history to life for visitors to learn about people and events during the Civil War era ,” said Superintendent Dawn Davis .
