Adanta is CARF accredited in Adult , Child , & Adolescent Outpatient Treatment ; Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs ; Adult Mental Health Crisis Intervention and Crisis Stabilization ; and Adult , Child , and Adolescent Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs ; and Prevention .
** Outpatient Clinics are located in the counties of Adair , Barren , Casey , Clinton , Green , McCreary , Pulaski , Russell , Taylor , and Wayne .
The Adanta Group , a contractor with the Department for Behavioral Health , Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services , provides behavioral health / substance use services with state and federal funds . we have room to hold onto an excessive amount of digital content . But in doing so , we also run the risk of developing an unhealthy attachment to it . In addition to the stress , anxiety , and depression we may experience while trying to manage all that digital clutter , there are practical reasons to get a handle on the situation . Excessive data slows down our devices , makes us more susceptible to cyber security threats , and lowers productivity as you sift through endless files to find that one picture or email you know you have . How Can You Manage ? There are steps you can take to declutter and clean up your digital footprint including : 1 . Toss or recycle broken devices . 2 . Unsubscribe to unnecessary emails and store promotions . 3 . Create folders on your desktop . 4 . Delete duplicate files on a single device . 5 . Purge your phone photos monthly . 6 . Set a bookmark limit for yourself .
7 . Enable auto-delete features for texts . 8 . Reevaluate phone apps every other month and delete those not in use . 9 . Proactively unfollow social media accounts that don ’ t bring you joy . 10 . Detox your download and trash folder weekly . 11 . Set up email filters . The bottom line is digital hoarding can happen to anyone . What it all comes down to is whether the clutter is impacting your quality of life . Does the abundance of stuff cause you stress or depression ? How are you dealing with those feelings ?
