Adanta ’ s Centralized Intake and Scheduling Department was created to be a central point of contact for all clients seeking services across our 11 county service region . Department staff begin with a telephone screening to determine whether a caller needs immediate crisis assistance or scheduled as a new client for an Intake Appointment , which can usually be done within seven days . The Department ’ s main purpose is to move a caller into services as quickly and smoothly as possible to ensure the caller gets the help they are seeking .
