A Rich Bizer Original Reicipe !
INGREDIENTS : Crust 2 cups crushed graham cracker ½ cup of melted butter 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ¼tsp salt Mix all ingredients . Push on the bottom of a ( spray or buttered ) spring form pan . Set aside .
Filling 6 oz cream cheese 8 oz ricotta cheese 2 / 3 cup sugar 3 large eggs ½ cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 1tsp salt ½ baking powder 6 Tbl flour 1 ½ cup of sour cream ( New York style ) optional

Cheesecake

DIRECTIONS : Heat oven to 350 degrees . Mix cheese and sugar to cream consistency . Beat in all ingredients except flour . Beat in flour 2 tablespoons at a time until blended .
Pour into prepared pan . Bake 40 to 45 minutes . Done when center of cake is slightly firm to the touch and side of cake starts to shrink away from the sides . Cool 30 minutes before releasing spring form pan sides . Serve warm or cool down in fridge and serve chilled .
For New York style – after bake remove cake from oven , add sour cream to top of cake and return to oven that is Turned Off .
Crack oven door and let cake sit for 15 minutes to set sour cream . Again cool 30 minutes before releasing spring form pan . Serve warm or chill in fridge and serve cold .
