Schréder Gulf to Take Over the Operations of Schréder Lighting Inc.
S
chréder, Türkiye pazarındaki faaliyetlerine yeni organizasyonu
ile devam ediyor. Dış aydınlatmada dünyada önemli bir yere
sahip olan Schréder, yeni organizasyonu ile Türkiye’deki faali-
yetlerine Dubai merkezli Schreder Gulf ile devam etme kararı aldı.

1906 yılında Belçika’da kurulan ve 111 senedir dünya genelinde
46 şirketiyle faaliyet gösteren Schréder, dünya genelindeki yeni-
den yapılanması ve yepyeni hedefleriyle, Türkiye’deki faaliyetlerine
Dubai merkezli Schréder Gulf ile devam etme kararı aldı. Schréder,
Türkiye’nin yanısıra Kuzey Amerika, Vietnam, Singapur ve Çin’de de
yeniden yapılanıyor.

Schréder furthers its operations in the Turkish market with its new
enterprise. An important actor in the global exterior lighting sector,
Schréder decides to entrust its operations in Turkey to its new enter-
prise, Dubai-based Schréder Gulf. Founded in 1906 in Belgium and
operating in the world for 111 years with 46 affiliates, Schréder, a
company focusing on restructuring with new goals, decided to en-
trust its operations Turkey to its new enterprise, Dubai-based Schréder
Gulf. Schréder goes through a corporate restructuring process in North
America, Vietnam, Singapore, and China along with Turkey.
“We Have Achieved a Lot in Turkey”
“We are operating in Turkish market since 1993,” said Zeynep Akkaya,
General Manager of Schréder Lighting on this subject. “We continued
our operations in Turkey as a national office until 2016 and our success
allowed us to operate as an affiliate since 2016. In this period of 24
years, we have achieved a lot in Turkey. We have since delivered sig-
nificant projects such as highway lighting systems of Coastal Tunnels
in the Black Sea Region, Konak Tunnel, Cankurtaran Tunnel, 15 July
Martyrs Bridge and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in Istanbul, the entire
exterior lighting of Istanbul Istinye Park Mall, Highway and Decorative
Lighting of Osman Gazi Bridge, and ‘Landscaping Project for Taksim
Square and Its Environs’ and many more.
With the decision favoring restructuring at a global level, Schréder is
now handing over its operations in Turkey. Schréder is now working
towards a restructuring in markets such as China, North America, Vi-
etnam, Singapore and Turkey. However it may be sad news for us, we
are proud of our achievements so far and we believe there will be a lot
more to achieve as a result of this restructuring process. Schréder Gulf
