We’ve been knitting hats and socks for more than 70 years.
When we create a collection, we buy yarn that’s in the
right material and dyed in the right shades.
But everything doesn’t get used ...
Often, we have to buy a little more than we really need – in case
something goes wrong during production.
The result? We stockpile some yarn every year. But in recent years,
we started using this yarn.
We have a treasure chest of pattern designs we used in
the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. And we like to reuse them.
And best of all, we use yarn that we still have in stock.
Anything left over gets used.
We think this is the right way to use our resources.
