Implement a comprehensive roadmap for the student experience to promote recruitment , retention , progression , and graduation .
1.1 Affinity Advisory Boards
Develop Affinity Advisory Boards for Latine , Black , Asian , and emerging student populations to represent the voices of their respective experiences and communities .
1.2 Strategic Enrollment Plan
Create and execute a strategic enrollment plan , including targeted pathways and interventions for military , graduate , and international students , as well as those with identified equity and achievement gaps , to enhance student recruitment , retention , and success , aligning institutional goals with market demands and demographic trends .
1.3 Mentoring Task Force
Develop a Mentoring Task Force to establish and share best practices for mentoring programs , develop training materials for mentor and mentee onboarding , and coordinate communication of referral to mentorship .
1.4 New Student Experience
Assess , disrupt , enhance , and bring innovation to the new student experience , ensuring it integrates students and families ( general and niche ) beginning at their point of confirmation through their Day 1 on campus .
1.5 Division Learning Outcomes
Adopt Division Learning Outcomes utilizing the National Association of Colleges and Employers ( NACE ) competencies to foster career readiness and holistic success .
