The Monarchs Care 50-in-5 campaign was coordinated by Student Engagement & Enrollment Services and designed to personally reach out and talk to every undergraduate and graduate student prior to the start of the fall 2022 semester . The calls were intended to show care , answer questions , and address any concerns expressed by the students . Callers participated from all divisions across campus and called 50 students over a 5-day period . Over 10,300 students were contacted through this outreach , which included a coordinated effort by ODUOnline staff . A team consisting of Mane Connect success coaches answered over 600 follow-up questions from students . This was the third annual , very successful , 50-in-5 campaign .
