1 About us W elcome to Seen in the City, an innovative and engaging fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine. We provide a guide to the latest fashion and beauty trends, news, product launches, luxury restaurants, cocktail haunts and somwhere to go for a coffee. Plus beautiful home and office interior inspirations, hints and tips and the most beautiful places to go for a break away and reviews of the best spas and beauty products. Emphasis is focused on City Life and currently homes in on Brighton and London, although we look to expand to different cities all around the world in the future. Our target audience is predominantly wom en between the ages of 20-30 who are interested in both luxury and high street brands, however we also include some men’s fashion too. Seen in the City prides itself on being engaging, captivating and with an emphasis very much on people and involvement- we like to engage with our readers and brands and pride ourselves with presenting not only a company but also the face behind the brand. It has been proven that customers are more likely to buy a product or visit a venue if there is trust behind a brand. This is why we include lots of interviews with owners- chefs/ designers/ boutqiue owners as often as possible to create content that is unique, interesting, innovative and brings up that level of trust and personalisation. Our different sections are ‘Featured’, ‘Fashion’, ‘Interiors’, ‘Beauty’, ‘Food’ ‘Travel’ and ‘Places’ (more details of each can be found later on in this pack.)
