Seekonk Speedway Partners With EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates

SEEKONK, Mass. – Seekonk Speedway announced a new partnership with a major real estate company on Thursday afternoon. EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates has joined the track as a primary sponsor effective immediately. The tunnel where drivers exit the third-mile oval each week has been appropriately re-named as the “EXIT Realty tunnel.”

“We are excited to team with everyone at Exit Realty,” Ed St. Germain, Director of Business Development at Seekonk Speedway said. “The company has a long, successful track record of being involved with motorsports and we look forward to a partnership with them for years to come.”

Even though EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates is just joining Seekonk now, they are no strangers to the racing community. EXIT Realty currently serves as the primary sponsor the Modified Touring Series (MTS), a newly formed series that will visit Seekonk for a 125 lap main event on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates has also sponsored veteran Eddie MacDonald in his racing ventures, including races in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series in the last few years. The company also backs defending Valenti Modified Racing Series champion and current MTS driver John McKennedy, who will be at Seekonk competing in the MTS race come next weekend.

“We look forward to partnering with both the MTS and Exit Realty for years to come as they continue to be the fastest growing real estate company in the nation,” Ed St. Germain continued. “Derek Beatrice and his team are locked in on making things happen.”

EXIT Realty is one of the fastest growing company’s in the nation, covering all of the United States and even into parts of Canada, where their headquarters is centered.

“EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates is excited to partner with such a great track like Seekonk Speedway,” Derek Beatrice of EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates said in a statement. “The track has such a long history of racing and we enjoy supporting one of our local tracks and their drivers.”

EXIT adds themselves to the list of many track sponsors for the 2017 season, including names like Phil’s Propane, Everett’s Auto Parts and many others. Each week, sponsors like these help keep the track up and running.
