What is a Leader?

A leader has a vision. Leaders see a problem that needs to be fixed or a goal that needs to be achieved. Whatever it is, it is the focus of the leader's attention and they attack it with a single-minded determination.

Why Napoleon is a

He conquered most of Europe, drove the British out of France, beat the Australians and made decisions and policies that were favorable to the economic development of his empire. He had confidence in himself and made people follow him.
