Operations Centre (SOC) helps us to do
this. Enabling us to provide a wide range
of services to our clients, it intelligently
monitors tens of thousands of system
signals, so that if something should go
wrong at your end, we can remotely
despatch either a mobile response or
the emergency services to properly deal
with the problem.
The first purpose-built centre in the United
Kingdom to be accredited according to
the new European standards, our SOC
holds full NSI Gold certification, so that
