The Fan Experience Continues to Heat up in Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena AmericanAirlines Arena, home of the hottest NBA team in Miami, is recognized as one of the top arenas in the world. The 19,600 seat arena features multiple amenities designed to maximize the fan experience and event attendee experience alike. AmericanAirlines Arena is already internationally ranked as a premier event venue and continually pushes the boundaries of sporting and entertainment excellence in order to advance that position. However, the venue was using multiple digital signage software providers to power its screens. As the facility and its basketball team explored new ways to leverage Visual Communications, the end users were met with constant obstacles caused by the lack of functionality across platforms. Seeking a single solution that could replace the various legacy systems powering its menu boards, directional signs, video walls and more, AmericanAirlines Arena approached Four Winds Interactive (FWI). © FOUR WINDS INTERACTIVE LLC 2017 THE CHALLENGE The arena sought a Visual Communications platform that could be trusted to deliver content to every endpoint, facilitate its advertising goals and advance its reputation for providing a leading fan experience.
