The band has never shied away from hard work, playing more than 250 shows a year and building an ever-expanding audience on the strength of its live shows. They’ve recorded a handful of releases, including Bad Luck Ain’t No Crime, Little Piece of Dixie and The Whippoorwill, plus a pair of EPs, the concert DVD Live at the Georgia Theatre, and the live CD/DVD set Leave A Scar. Their latest, Holding All the Roses, is the first album the band feels properly captured their musical essence. The band has had songs featured in movie and video game soundtracks, including Madden NFL 16, performed on The Tonight Show, and toured with idols such as The Marshall Tucker Band, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd and George Jones. Seven of his albums since 1989 have been certified platinum or higher by the Recording Industry Assoc. of America; the highest-certified is 1991's It’s All About to Change, which is certified triple-platinum. Tritt has also charted more than 40 times on the Hot Country Songs charts, including five number ones: “Help Me Hold On,” “Anymore,” “Can I Trust You with My Heart,” “Foolish Pride,” and “Best of Intentions,” plus an additional 15 top ten singles. He also has two Grammy Awards and four awards from the Country Music Association.
