Dedicated Big Top volunteers run a raffle each summer on the Chautauqua grounds , a tradition started long ago by the support group " The Keepers of the Magic ." Raffle tickets are sold all summer , with winners drawn as part of the Old Last Night celebration on September 9 .
Prize packages include :
• " Dine Around " collection featuring gift certificates from some of the area ' s excellent restaurants
• Set of four tickets to a Packers game at Lambeau Field ( always one of the most popular packages )
• Big Top package featuring gift certificates and merchandise
BIG TOP RAFFLE
• Special package of Leinenkugel ' s merchandise compliments of the Wisconsin brewer as they celebrate their 150 th Anniversary
Other special raffles occur periodically , including performer merchandise and a 50 / 50 cash raffle . All proceeds support Big Top operations with nearly $ 12,000 of support raised each year . Thanks to all of the contributors who supply goods and services for the raffle packages !

In conjunction with our Michael Franti ( July 7 ) and Indigo Girls ( August 26 ) concerts , Big Top Chautauqua is hosting two food drives to benefit area food pantries . We will be accepting nonperishable items and cash donations to aid families in need . Please bring your contribution to these concerts . Thank You !
