Our goal is simple and important-- to build momentum and take action on creating vibrant, self-reliant and thriving communities in the greater Chequamegon Bay area and beyond that build on the unique assets already in our region. We ARE better together. This requires that we understand that it is through collective action that we identify and spread the most innovative solutions and business models for creating healthier, sustainable, and prosperous communities. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Glen Phillips, guitarist Todd Nichols, bassist Dean Dinning, and drummer Randy Guss. They had chart success in the 1990s with singles which included“ Walk on the Ocean”,“ All I Want”,“ Something’ s Always Wrong”, and“ Fall Down.” From 1989-1998, they made five studio albums which combined sold over four million copies, had five major radio hits, and won over audiences across North America and Europe.

Leading his Zydeco Experience band, Simien has become one of the most respected and accomplished artists in American roots music today. Opening the show is our friend and chef, Bill“ Sauce Boss” Wharton. Hailing from the Florida cypress swamp, The Boss brings his own hot sauce and cooks a big pot of gumbo, while smoking his slide guitar. At the end of the show, everyone gets a bowl.
