JUNIOR GYMNASTICS
Arrival and Departure
Teams should plan to arrive on Thursday, 10th May before 6pm at the hotel, and depart from Stamford 6pm Saturday, 12th May.
Coaches Meeting
The coaches meeting will be held on Thursday 10th May, at the Orchard Parade Hotel, Antica 1 from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.
Transportation
SAIS is pleased to offer transport for visiting teams to and from the airport, hotel to SAIS on tournament days.
Facilities
The gymnastics meet will be held in Jefferson Arena (Jefferson Building, Level 5) at Stamford American International School.
Photography
Parents and guests are more than welcome to take photographs of the event, but no flash photography will be allowed throughout the competition for the safety of the gymnasts.
Security
All gymnasts and coaches will receive a security pass for entrance to Stamford, visiting parents and guests will need to provide photo ID in exchange for a visitor pass at the SAIS security hub, gate 2.
