Saddleback Emeritus Program
Emeritus Classes are back at Sea Country Senior and Community Center , starting SPRING 2023 semester . Emeritus classes are for active seniors through a partnerships between the City of Laguna Niguel and Saddleback College Emeritus Program . The courses offered are especially designed to meet the educational and recreational interests of the 50 + population . Improving Investment Performance
Focuses on maximizing investment performance for the beginning and experienced investor , including strategies critical to the formation , preservation and growth of financial assets .

Form of stylized , meditative exercise , characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance .
