GERI-FIT ®
(WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS)
Increase strength, improve balance and lessen
arthritic conditions in this evidence-based 45
minute strength training exercise class for older
adults. No aerobics, dancing or choreography to
learn and you do not have to get on the floor!
Most of the exercises are performed seated in
chairs. Bring a set of 2-pound dumbbells (each), a
stretch band, and water. Advance registration
