ABOUT SDN 4 PEMENANG BARAT
SDN 4 Pemenang Barat is located in West Pemenang village, in the Pemenang District of North Lombok, Indonesia. The community here, whose main source of income is farming, was badly hit by the 2018 Lombok earthquakes, including the loss of their school.
Following the disaster, the community raised funds and rebuilt five classrooms and a staff room. However, as the school comprises six class groups of around 30 students each, there was insufficient space to comfortably accommodate each class, creating overcrowded and difficult learning conditions.
For this reason we built a brand new Block classroom at SDN 4 Pemenang Barat.
