HOW TO USE ? 1 . step : Students should understand their customers service path
2 . step : Students should specify , analyze insights , create criteria , and set a mutual understanding of the goals .
3 . step : Students should create alternative ideas by thinking ” out-of-the box ”. 4 . step : Students should prototype , test and further develop their service design plan 5 . step : Students should design detailed service concept and make the preparation for implementation .
