James: Amputated Genitals has posted a few of the videos of the show in Colombia on the facebook page, you can see some of it there. The colombian scene was awesome, a lot of really cool people that seemed genuinely excited. It was a great experience!
7--Are thinking about recording new material, could you give us something?
James: Were working on a split cd with Excoria on right now, wri ng is going really well. Both bands will have 3-5 new songs. Were really excited to release it!
8 What the cover of " INGURGITATING INTESTINAL ROT " says? and how was the crea on process?
Chris: Everything had been conceptualized for quite a while, it was only a ma er of bringing together the right people in order to execute the project exactly as we had envisioned it to be. James: Chris came up with the album tle and the en re cover concept as well as the song tles for the album. He plays a huge part in the overall vision. We all agreed on using Daemorph as the cover ar st and chris fed him a long detailed descrip on to shape the image. Were all really happy with how it turned out.
9 H o w d o t h i n g s s t a n d w i t h t h e distribu on of NEW ELITE STANDARD? And con nue with NEW STANDARD ELITE or plan to seek new label?
Chris: Without a doubt, NSE will be the label for Delusional Parasitosis for as long as we are around. Dan not only works extremely efficiently, but is one of the most dedicated people I have ever met. Endless amounts of gra tude to Dan and NSE! James: New Standard Elite has been amazing, Dan goes above and beyond for all the bands and is always on top of everything. Its exactly what a label should be for both fans and bands. We will definitely con nue on NSE as long as possible. Alex: I consider Dan as one of my best friends. Not just because he treats every single band on his label professionally but also because he ' s a great person in general.
10 What it is the scene of MICHIGAN?
James: Michigan isnt bad, a lot of larger tours come through here and we also have a lot of cool underground shows happening quite frequently. People are pre y suppor ve and cool here for the most part. Good bands too! We get to see Gutrot quite a bit, which rules! haha
11- What are your favorite movies of series B, or serial murderers zombies?
Chris: Evil Dead 1 & 2, The Shining, I Drink Your Blood, Dead Alive. Japanese / Korean Horror films- Audi on, Infec on, Naked Blood, Mermaid In A Manhole, etc. James: Nightmare on Elm Street, Puppet Master, Hellraiser, Tales From the Crypt, Ted Bundy, Robocop. Too many to name, but those are a few of my favorites.
12 What are your musical influences?
James: Gutrot, Orchidectomy, Gu ural Secrete, Heinous Killings, Brodequin, Liturgy, Massmurder, Masturba on, Putridity, Pustulated, Enmity, Cerebral Effusion
Alex: What James said + Defeated Sanity but also Black Metal bands like Sargeist, Horna, Infernal War and Mgla. Chris: Cerebral Effusion, Cenotaph, Liturgy, Defeated Sanity, Putridity, Gutrot, Woundeep, Infernal Revulsion( old), Disconformity, Infected Malignity, Deroga on, Gorgasm, among many others.
13 Is DELUSIONAL PARASITOSIS future plans?
James: I hope we get the chance to play some interna onal fests or tours! We ' re currently trying to set up an Asia tour together with a few other NSE bands. Chris: To con nue wri ng the best music we can and keep pushing ourselves to outdo our latest material.
14 Are they preparing new songs?, am I right? And when are you going to edit?
