Line up your training for 2022
THE 2022 PROGRAMME OF EVENTS , which lists all the latest BSAC diver training and development courses , is set to be released at the end of October .
Regional courses on offer as part of the 2022 Programme of Events include Skill Development Courses and diver grade progression , as well as the Instructor Training Scheme .
Following the challenges of the past 18 months , the BSAC 2022 training events programme will focus on face-to-face delivery , supported where appropriate by online learning . Meanwhile , some events , such as the Theory Instructor Exam , have been moved online .
Courses new for 2021 / 22 include the recently released Advanced Wreck Diver . BSAC ’ s Technical training has also been enhanced with the addition of the new CCR MOD1 , CCR MOD 1 Top-up and MOD 2 courses .
All training courses and events will continue in line with current government Covid guidance .

Advisor , said members were also invited to let their regional team know any specific Skill Development Courses ( SDCs ) they would like to see delivered .
“ For 2022 , we want to have a more customer-led focus on training for SDCs , so if members are interested in a particular course , they can register their interest on the website and we can drive the course accordingly ,” he added .

BSAC DIGITAL PARTNER KOLODO UNIFORM RECENTLY RAN A webinar for club representatives on how clubs can easily set up effective and on-brand websites . A recording of the webinar is now online for anyone who missed it .
Covering typical club challenges and demonstrating how the new website functionality can help address those challenges , the presentation is a must-watch for clubs wanting to improve their digital presence and grow their membership . The serviced and flexible websites are designed to deliver far beyond simple template websites , with many useful features for clubs .
Following the webinar , additional FAQs have been added to the webpage to support the initiative . Plus , clubs can now book calls with Kolodo Uniform to chat through the opportunity and have their questions answered .
BSAC has secured sponsorship funding to make the websites more cost-effective for clubs . The websites are £ 200 each and postlaunch , there are ongoing costs of £ 6 per month to cover hosting and support .
