We organised a secret scuba ( like a secret Santa ) where packages were sent as far as New Zealand . We also collectively ran and walked 3,508km in 10 days to determine the destination of our next overseas trip . We reached the Canary Islands or Canada , and raised some money for the St Abbs Marine Station , a local charity dedicated to marine science , conservation and education . Our Freshers events were online in 2020 , and brought us a targeted audience expressly interested in joining BSAC , with more BSAC-qualified divers joining compared to previous years .
