How did you first get into diving , and what prompted you to produce your first book ? I started snorkelling on the Norfolk coast when I was 13 , and was captivated by the antics of shore crabs going about their busy lives . The combination of watching wildlife and getting in the sea , plus an excuse to buy cool-looking equipment , made it love at first dip . Everything else rolled on from there ; then all my writing and photography has come from the urge to share what I saw in that amazing underwater world .
