First day out
Aldershot Dolphins return !
WE USED THE 2021 LOCKDOWN period to do a lot of theory lessons for Sports Diver and Dive Leader . We regularly held online pub quizzes and , on one occasion had an online murder mystery night . Last year we had a competition to select a new club logo and we used the first lockdown to design new club clothing with this logo . We are quite a busy club and tend to dive all year around . As soon as the restrictions permitted , some of us took the opportunity to do check-out dives at Wraysbury and ease back into a new diving season . Our club RIB is kept at Ferrybridge Marina , so we have started to use it for dives around Portland harbour . We will soon be resuming training and more fun dives at inland sites . Just keeping our fingers crossed and hoping the weather is on our side for our trips to Swanage , Plymouth and Porthkerris . RIA DAS , Aldershot Dolphins
