14 The resort property includes the historical plantation of Anse Mamin and Emerald Estate, where the resort grows its own organic produce 14 Underwater, the diving varies from drift diving on sites such as “Superman’s Flight”, which gives you an idea of its flavour, to 40-metre walls, spectacular seamounts and some great seagrass to rummage in. St. Lucia even has a purposefully sunk wreck, the Lesleen M, which is completely encrusted with marine life. Expect to see massive barrel sponges, cute seahorses, octopuses, eels, iridescent blue vase sponges, and plenty of reef fish.
