Leadership Lackawanna provides community leadership training and professional development . Its Tomorrow ’ s Leaders Today program is for high school juniors ; the Core Program is geared toward emerging leaders from all segments of the community ; and the Executive Program engages high-level professionals more deeply in the greater Scranton area while broadening their social network .
